EXPERTISE AND OVERHAUL OF TAMPING UNITS TYPE C

Type C tamping units are a strategic component of your MATISA tamping machine. These units are designed to operate in demanding conditions and achieve a long service life.

RECURRING OPERATIONS

Standard maintenance will remain available to customer, such as replacement of parts from the small kit every year.

These operations are as follows:

  • Repairs of leaks on arms after training by MATISA
  • Measurement of clearances after training by MATISA and purchase of existing tooling.
  • Replacement of clamping cylinders during annual maintenance with replacement of kit components

However, we recommend to ask for MATISA experts to perform this maintenance.
A 6-years program is available to execute the full maintenance of your tamping units
