TRR — RAIL RENEWAL TRAIN
The Efficient Choice for Continuous Rail Renewal
Discover the TRR, MATISA’s high-output rail renewal train specifically designed for the continuous replacement of Continuous Welded Rails (CWR) and rail fasteners.
Thanks to MATISA’s technologies, the TRR performs the complete rail renewal process within a single worksite shift, including the unloading of new rails, replacement of rails and fasteners, and loading of old rails for removal.
Building on more than 50 years of MATISA expertise in track renewal, the TRR combines proven know-how with a new level of integration for rail replacement. Its sheltered and ergonomic workstations are designed to support operator safety and productivity, while its operational flexibility, short cut-in and cut-out times and advanced digital connectivity contribute to efficient renewal operations.
